Come On England!

It is being reported that the Government will extend licensing hours on this Sunday evening as a one off (the Euros Final day) by 45 minutes until 11.15pm in case the Final goes to extra time or penalties.

The detail of the proposal is awaited, but the government have undertaken similar measures on previous occasions for events such as the Royal weddings.

It appears the extension will only apply to premises that currently have to close or cease selling alcohol at 10.30pm on a Sunday, but we await the full details and will keep you updated.

It is also reported this extension will apply even if England do not reach the Final but……Come on England!
